Craters

In order to re-use the shape of waitrose cup that was the basis of my previous project, I decided to mold it with coffee plaster. After failing to create a fonctunal plaster mixed with coffee or tea, I ended up trying to sprinkle dissovable coffee over a plaster base. The coffee diseappered while drying, creating holes in the plaster, ressembling craters and Martian surfaces.

I also created patterns using the pictures of the coffee plaster, resembling real astronomy maps of craters.
